The purpose of this document is to outline a crime against humanity.
This crime concerns the United States medical system, along with
portions of the US government and has deep historical roots. A specific
incident concerning direct interference for alternative healing
modalities will be elucidated and the historical roots will be examined.
The impact and continuing consequence on humanity will be presented. The
proffered solution, at least as a starting place, is to identify an
attorney willing to undertake a class action lawsuit filing on behalf of
all those who were and are affected by the weaponized removal of
potential alternatives for medical care that are not in the so-called
mainstream
medical system. Further action toward removal of
medical gate-keeping in terms of medical knowledge and treatment by
doctors and the medical system who are often influenced heavily by drug
lobbyists would be a long-term solution and worthwhile goal.
Back in around 2006, the author of this paper was compelled to
undertake study toward understanding the nature of human
suffering—specifically why people, despite access to the most advanced
medical care on Earth, often do not heal—whether that be psychologically
or physically. When the term heal
is used in the sense being
explored, the term does not mean that the body stays alive alone. There
are clear quality of life issues that must be applied to the outcomes a
person experiences due to a given treatment.
One observation that became pertinent to the posed question was how
we frame the word disease
. The Western sense of disease differs
greatly from the Eastern sense of the word, although both describe the
domain of symptoms in their respective ways. A Traditional Chinese
Medical Doctor (TCMD) will see the same symptoms as a Western physician
if someone has a rash on their skin. While the Western physician might
prescribe some steroidal cream to be applied to the rash, the Chinese
physician might ascribe the condition to the element of heat being too
high, and suggest an herb that aligns with the element of water to be
taken as a tea or tincture by the patient. Still another treatment via
someone like a Native American healer might involve some spiritual
intercession on behalf of the patient taken by the healer along with an
herb and an attendant song given to the patient. A medicine bag might be
assigned with specific prayers. Not in distant memory a Catholic
hospital would incense all the corridors of the building daily with the
belief that certain kinds of incense promoted healing or kept a building
from having a kind of negative energy buildup. The difference in
treatment, in all the above scenarios, concerns how the domain of
disease is being treated. In the Western sense, the idea is that reason
and some scientific concoction are sufficient to bring the patient to a
healed outcome. In the rest, there is a closeness to the nature and the
Earth that does not exist in the same manner. Some of these treatments
concern an unseen spiritual dimension—or at least the spiritual
dimension is not seen by just anyone. In the Western system, so long as
the body is alive and restored to its normal state, all is well. In some
of these other traditions, that is not going to be enough since fixing
the symptom will not fix the cause. Being alive, in these traditions, is
not sufficient if you are also spiritually dead. You will not be alive
for long should it be the case your soul is sick is how the thinking
goes here.
When we think of the Native Americans, we generally are told in
school that disease wiped them out that they had no immunity to (among
other things). What we are not told, though, is that one does not need
immunity to diseases that one does not get. The implication, then, is
that the settlers were carrying bio-weapons within themselves cultivated
by their own ways of living which were out of balance with the
civilizations that existed in North American and elsewhere. The fact
that these immunities were not present was because no significant case
of the disease had appeared prior to the settling of the Americas by the
overseas colonizing forces. This paints a radically different picture of
the health of the Natives that were occupying the land. While they
clearly had diseases and death, the immunity required to withstand
something like a black plague was not a necessity and apparently had not
been for an impressively long period of time. While the temptation to
say the Natives had no cities and therefore had no disease because of
this—the characterization does not hold. There were, in fact, large
Native American cities in the Americas. What they did not have, to quote
the influential Jared Diamond book, was the guns and steel that
accompanied, apparently, certain kinds of germs. Guns and steel, of
course, foment certain kinds of war which, in their turn, bring about
plague, famine and death. While the Natives certainly had war and
violence, they seemed to be missing a kind of savagery that the nature
of European warfare had bred. The Natives, did, however, become quick
studies and were soon comparable if not excelling in their ability to
use rifles and other white men
weaponry. The so-called savages,
ironically, were taught to be savage.
When we examine the Native American attitude toward disease, we quickly find that it shares more in common with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) than not. We also might be surprised to learn that in many tribes in order to be a medicine man or woman, one often had to undergo around thirty years of apprenticeship where one learned various herbs and their properties along with the proper spiritual songs or prayers as well as offerings. Herbal native knowledge was often vast. The medicine traditions had plenty of time to develop relative to the region the Natives lived in because they had lived there for a long time, and had opportunity to treat many different conditions which, as noted above, appear not to have included significant plagues of the like and kind that the European world dealt with on a regular basis. All of this knowledge was available, in various forms, to the first white settlers in America. They brought with them, of course, their own understanding of medicine and herbs from Europe and elsewhere, but as the story of Thanksgiving makes clear, the Natives had more knowledge about what could be eaten and how to survive in this region than the Europeans did. They had, after all, been living here for hundreds of years previous. There are many examples 1 of settlers learning cures or being cured by Native herbs and herbal treatments. The net result of these experiences, however, was to have the United States government clamp down on such knowledge. One person in particular went far in doing this in that he was placed at the right time and place with the kinds of necessary resources to bring a specific kind of pressure on the burgeoning field.
Sciencificationof Medicine
It is possible to spend vast amounts of time on the subject of Nelson Rockefeller and his influence on medicine. It is sufficient, for the purposes here, to quote a few relevant sources concerning perspectives on his actions regarding natural medicine like herbal treatments:
John D. Rockefeller was one of the most influential and wealthiest figures of the early 20th century, controlling Standard Oil and amassing unprecedented wealth. With such power, he sought to expand his influence into other sectors, and healthcare became a strategic target.
In the early 1900s, healthcare in the United States was diverse, with herbal medicine, homeopathy, and traditional remedies being widely practiced. Physicians used a combination of treatments based on natural sources, including plants and minerals. However, Rockefeller recognized the potential to control the medical industry by promoting synthetic drugs—products that could be patented and sold at high margins.
To achieve this, Rockefeller funded the infamous Flexner Report of 1910. Commissioned by the Carnegie Foundation and heavily influenced by Rockefeller’s financial backing, the report called for major reforms in medical education. The report recommended closing many natural and homeopathic medical schools while promoting universities that focused on pharmaceutical-based treatments. As a result, traditional medicine was marginalized, and synthetic drugs became the primary focus of healthcare.
With Rockefeller’s powerful influence guiding medical education and funding, natural medicine faced systematic suppression. Herbalists, chiropractors, and holistic healers were gradually pushed to the fringes of society. Doctors who practiced alternative medicine were discredited, and the medical establishment began to favor pharmaceutical treatments as the gold standard.
Meanwhile, pharmaceutical companies flourished, developing patented drugs that generated immense profits. Rockefeller’s investments ensured that these companies thrived, creating a medical monopoly that relied on synthetic solutions rather than holistic healing. The shift away from natural remedies was not merely about improving healthcare—it was about building a profit-driven industry that Rockefeller could dominate.
A crucial element in Rockefeller’s strategy was the Flexner Report, commissioned in 1910 and funded by the Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations. The report evaluated medical schools across North America, promoting those that emphasized pharmaceutical-based treatments while condemning institutions that taught holistic medicine. As a result, medical schools that practiced traditional or alternative medicine were forced to close or adapt to Rockefeller’s pharmaceutical-centered model. This shift fundamentally altered medical education, ensuring future doctors prioritized prescription drugs over alternative therapies.
The Flexner Report’s impact extended beyond medical schools, influencing healthcare systems and policies across the continent. By promoting a standardized, scientific approach to medicine, it contributed to the rise of large pharmaceutical companies and their dominance in the medical field. However, this reform also marginalized alternative medicine and holistic approaches, narrowing the scope of medical practice and shaping the way future generations of doctors viewed patient care. The long-term effects of this shift are still evident today in the prioritization of pharmaceutical interventions over other forms of healing.
2
One can, of course, find many other sources that say that John D. Rockefeller had nothing to do the changes that happened in the medical field, but these assertions fail to account for the evidence of what happened to medical schools across the country after the report was released. Another source puts the situation laconically:
Rockefeller’s next move was to flood medical schools with $$$. He gave over $100M to universities and hospitals to only teach drug-based medicine. Overnight, the U.S. healthcare system became a factory for Big Pharma.3
Rockefeller, of course, would have been alive during the moments when
Native American cures along with European herbal traditions and
alternative health were more accessibly practiced. Was Flexner unbiased
against these modalities? The answer seems to be a resounding
no
:
Using political influence and fake “science”, the Flexner Report labeled homeopathy, herbal medicine, and nutrition-based healing as “quackery.” Doctors who resisted were mocked, demonized, and even jailed… sounds familiar, doesn’t it?4
If someone wishes to exonerate Rockefeller, they would have a
Herculean task of explaining the nature of his later actions in context
of the results of the Flexner report which he solicited. What is
abundantly clear is from this point forward medicine took on a different
tone in the West. Patenting medicine is still an expensive, lucrative
endeavor that rewards major companies to this day. However, owning the
patent on medicine was not sufficient. The next step in this progression
was to investigate DNA which would ultimately result in patents of a
different kind. What became a more niche
market was herbal
medicine, although many sources suggest Rockefeller continued to avail
himself of the benefits of those treatments well into his old age.5
Eight years after Rockefeller, the Spanish flu breaks out. Or does it?
History tells us that the 1918 Spanish Flu killed between 50 – 100 million people. At the time, medical and pharmaceutical sources described it as THE MOST horrific disease process since the Black Plague of 1347, which killed an estimated 25-30 million people.
In the book, Vaccination Condemned, by Eleanor McBean, PhD, N.D., the author describes, in detail, personal and family experiences during the 1918 “Spanish Flu” pandemic.
McBean’s coverage of the 1918 “Spanish Flu”, as a reporter and an unvaccinated survivor, requires that the historical basis of the event needs to be revisited, not as a “conspiracy theory” but with evidence that will “set your hair on fire”.
A few years ago, I came across another book by Eleanor McBean: “Vaccination…The Silent Killer”. McBean provides evidence that not only were the historical events of the 1918 “Spanish Flu” compromised, but also those of the Polio and Swine Flu epidemics.
Spain was neutral during WW1 and did NOT censor its press, unlike the combatting countries. As a result, Spain was the first to report the 1918 Flu epidemic and the world “scapegoated” Spain as the source. Thus, the “Spanish Flu” is born.
The First Case: Military Vaccination Experiments in Fort Riley, Kansas
In preparation for WW1, a massive military vaccination experiment involving numerous prior developed vaccines took place in Fort Riley, Kansas- where the first “Spanish Flu” case was reported.
WW1 Draft = Human Test Subjects
The fledgling pharmaceutical industry, sponsored by the ‘Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research’, had something they never had before – a large supply of human test subjects. Supplied by the U.S. military’s first draft, the test pool of subjects ballooned to over 6 million men.
Autopsies after the war proved that the 1918 flu was NOT a “FLU” at all. It was caused by random dosages of an experimental ‘bacterial meningitis vaccine’, which to this day, mimics flu-like symptoms. The massive, multiple assaults with additional vaccines on the unprepared immune systems of soldiers and civilians created a “killing field”. Those that were not vaccinated were not affected.
So… How did Civilians Die?
- WW1 ended sooner than expected, leaving HUGE quantities of unused experimental vaccines.
- Fearing that soldiers coming home would spread diseases to their families, The U.S. government pushed the largest vaccine ‘fear’ campaign in history. They used the human population as a research and development lab to field test experimental vaccines.
- Tens of millions of civilians died in the same manner as did the soldiers.
- Instead of stopping the vaccines, doctors intensified them, calling it the great “Spanish Flu of 1918”. As a result, ONLY THE VACCINATED DIED.
“Seven men dropped dead in a doctor’s office after being vaccinated. Letters were sent to their families that they had been killed in action.”

WW1 U.S. soldiers were given 14 – 25 untested, experimental vaccines within days of each other, which triggered intensified cases of ALL the diseases at once. The doctors called it a new disease and proceeded to suppress the symptoms with additional drugs or vaccines.6
With James Watson’s recent death 7, there is an abundance of material on his work concerning DNA. What is relevant, for this paper, however, is the role RNA plays in the creation of DNA, at least potentially. DNA normally tells RNA how to build what the body needs. It does this by virtue of an intermediary—so-called mRNA or messenger RNA. MRNA might ring some bells as being the way be which certain retroviruses were known to work in the 90’s and 2000’s by hijacking the molecular machinery to pump out copies of a virus instead of the normal progression that DNA dictates:
Retroviruses belong to the viral family Retroviridae and are defined not by the diseases they cause, but by how they replicate. Most living organisms use DNA to store genetic information and RNA to carry that information to make proteins. Retroviruses flip this process on its head.
Their genetic material is stored as RNA, not DNA. But unlike typical RNA viruses, retroviruses don’t simply use this RNA to make proteins. Instead, they carry a special enzyme called reverse transcriptase that allows them to convert their RNA into DNA once inside a host cell. This backwards flow of genetic information—RNA to DNA—is the hallmark of a retrovirus and is what gives it its name.
Once converted, this viral DNA is inserted into the host cell’s own DNA by another enzyme, integrase. From that point onward, the host’s own cellular machinery reads the viral DNA and begins producing viral proteins. The virus has essentially hijacked the cell’s identity. In some cases, this process is quiet and slow; in others, it leads to aggressive replication and the death of the host cell.
Retroviruses are enveloped viruses, meaning they have a lipid membrane surrounding their protein shell, or capsid. This envelope is stolen from the host cell during the budding process and is studded with viral glycoproteins that help the virus recognize and bind to target cells. The entire structure is geared toward one purpose: infiltration and replication.8
A virus can come and cause the DNA to be changed by way of RNA
altering retroviri. Genetic engineering makes use of a similar process
to make patentable sequences of DNA so certain kinds of plants and
tomatoes theoretically impervious to various diseases and climatic
issues can be produced. There is a direct link from medicines which
are patentable via Rockefeller
to owning various strands of genetic
code changes—which are also patentable. Of course, since nobody made DNA
besides God, it seems like a clear case of infringement. If I make a
product with Legos, for instance, Legos is still going to sue me—even if
the pirate ship design I make is unique.
The word vaccine
, comes from the Latin word for cows:
1800,
action or process of preventing smallpox by injecting people with cowpox virus (variolae vaccinae),used by British physician Edward Jenner (1749-1823) for the technique he publicized; from vaccine (adj.)pertaining to cows, from cows(1798), from Latin vaccinusfrom cows, from vaccacow,a word of uncertain origin. 9
Webster’s agrees, but gives some historical background information that sheds more light on how the word came to be:
As the 18th century was winding to a close, an English physician named Edward Jenner set about to determine whether there was any truth to an urban legend of his day: milkmaids who got cowpox (a disease that causes ulcers on cows’ teats and can be spread to humans at the site of a scratch or abrasion) didn’t get smallpox. This was a big deal, because a case of cowpox would typically leave a person with a self-contained and localized ulcer or two, usually on a hand, while a case of smallpox would likely cause disfiguring scars at best and full-on death at worst.
In a process that likely would not get FDA approval today, Jenner inoculated an eight-year-old boy (one James Phipps) with material taken from a milkmaid’s cowpox sores. (We warned you.) After the boy contracted and recovered from cowpox, Jenner went on to inoculate him with smallpox. The boy was, to our great relief, immune, and did not contract the disease. Jenner repeated this process with 22 more lucky folks and published his documentation of it all in 1798, in a slender volume called An Inquiry into the Causes and Effects of the Variolae Vaccinae, using the Latin term that charmingly translates as
cow pustules.Due to, we must assume, the significant deficit variolae (
pustules) scored on the lexical charm scales, vaccinae (cow) had the lasting lexical effect. From Jenner’s book title came the use of the terms vaccine matter and vaccine virus for the cowpox inoculum (the virus-containing material used in inoculations), and vaccinations as a name for the inoculation procedure. French authors writing about Jenner’s work soon after his book’s publication used the word vaccine alone as a term for cowpox, and vaccin (a masculine derivative of vaccine) as a term for the cowpox inoculum. Vaccine quickly came to be applied in English to the cowpox inoculum, and then broadened semantically to cover other kinds of inocula as well.10
A lesser disease was given that was similar enough to smallpox to
allow the individual to fight the weakened version off and to become
immune to smallpox consequently. The lesser
disease was
cowpox.
An interesting aside concerning the genesis of the term vaccination appertains to the field of homeopathy. Wikipedia offers a general definition:
Homeopathy or homoeopathy is a pseudoscientific system of alternative medicine. It was conceived in 1796 by the German physician Samuel Hahnemann. Its practitioners, called homeopaths or homeopathic physicians, believe that a substance that causes symptoms of a disease in healthy people can cure similar symptoms in sick people; this doctrine is called similia similibus curentur, or
like cures like.11
This phrasing is evocative of what happened in the conception of the
invention
of the vaccine. A similar virus, cowpox, as compared to
smallpox, was given to healthy people who then caught the disease and
did not get smallpox. In other words, cowpox causes the symptoms of the
disease of smallpox in a healthy person, and can keep the healthy person
from getting the disease in the first place. A person with smallpox,
though, already has the disease, and so the logic breaks down because
the person who is sick does not require additional viral load to fight
when they are sick. You would not give cowpox to someone who all ready
has smallpox. The recognition though, that cowpox might be used to treat
smallpox in some way, appears latent within the philsosophical
underpinning of homeopathy as originally envisioned.
A distinction that must be emphasized, however, is that the body is given a portion of a virus that it can fight off fairly easily in order to gain immunity to a virus that it might not be able to fight off with such ease. This is what is meant by the word vaccine in the context that medicine has used the term, and the roots are clear to comprehend when the above information is considered.
On the other hand, there is a new kid in town called an mRNA
vaccine, which, by definition, is no vaccine at all. What is it?
Vaccines help prevent infection by preparing the body to fight foreign invaders (such as bacteria, viruses, or other pathogens). All vaccines introduce into the body a harmless piece of a particular bacteria or virus, triggering an immune response. Most vaccines contain a weakened or dead bacteria or virus. However, scientists have developed a new type of vaccine that uses a molecule called messenger RNA (mRNA) rather than part of an actual bacteria or virus. Messenger RNA is a type of RNA that is necessary for protein production. Once cells finish making a protein, they quickly break down the mRNA. mRNA from vaccines does not enter the nucleus and does not alter DNA. 12
The emphasis in the above has been added to the original. We will see why soon. What should be obvious, though, is that to call a mRNA vaccine a vaccine is stretching the definition of what the word vaccine means until it is broken. Instead, the body is being stimulated, via mRNA, to produce protein. We know also that RNA, via virii, can change the DNA to make more of the virus. So, the mRNA could easily be a kind of retrovirus, if the last claim above happens to be false.
Is there evidence that it is?
Dr Mercola discusses recent evidence, such as a study by MIT and Harvard scientists showing that segments of RNA from SARS-CoV-2 are reverse-transcribing into the human genome. It is possible that the RNA segments then become permanent in human DNA. Although this was previously thought to be impossible, it appears that it may be possible. “SARS-CoV-2 RNA Reverse-Transcribed and Integrated into the Human Genome,” Liguo Zhang (et al.), is one such study.13 This sounds like the exact opposite of the confident assertion above. The study goes on:
“Prolonged SARS-CoV-2 RNA shedding and recurrence of PCR-positive tests have been widely reported in patients after recovery, yet these patients most commonly are non-infectious1- 17 14 18 . Here we investigated the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse-transcribed and 19 integrated into the human genome and that transcription of the integrated sequences might 20 account for PCR-positive tests. In support of this hypothesis, we found chimeric transcripts 21 consisting of viral fused to cellular sequences in published data sets of SARS-CoV-2 infected 22 cultured cells and primary cells of patients, consistent with the transcription of viral sequences 23 integrated into the genome. To experimentally corroborate the possibility of viral retro24 integration, we describe evidence that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse transcribed in human cells by reverse transcriptase (RT) from LINE-1 elements or by HIV-1 RT, and that these DNA 26 sequences can be integrated into the cell genome and subsequently be transcribed. Human 27 endogenous LINE-1 expression was induced upon SARS-CoV-2 infection or by cytokine 28 exposure in cultured cells, suggesting a molecular mechanism for SARS-CoV-2 retro-integration 29 in patients. This novel feature of SARS-CoV-2 infection may explain why patients can continue 30 to produce viral RNA after recovery and suggests a new aspect of RNA virus replication.”14
In shorter terms, false positives are being caused by the mRNA becoming reverse-transcribed which makes the mRNA functionally the same as a virus.15
The paper goes on to make a even more startlingly clear argument:
“I’ve discussed why COVID-19 vaccines are in fact gene therapies and not vaccines in several previous articles. However, despite being a recognized form of gene therapy since its inception, vaccine makers are now frantically trying to deny that this mRNA technology is gene therapy. One reason for this, suggested by David Martin, Ph.D., might be because as long as they’re considered
vaccines, they will be shielded from liability.Experimental gene therapies do not have financial liability shielding from the government, but vaccines do, and that includes pandemic vaccines, even in the experimental stage, as long as the emergency use authorization is in effect. And now that Pfizer’s BioNTech
vaccine,Comirnaty, has been officially approved by the FDA, it will have the conventional vaccine liability shield — IF the fact that it was introduced and defined as gene therapy is ignored.16
If the results of this paper are right, and with just a little
reliance on not much more than high school biology, it can be seen how
an mRNA shot might become something that changes the DNA and in so
doing, becomes more like a retrovirus telling the DNA what to do instead
of the DNA telling the mRNA how to do what it requires. The
sleight-of-hand is for legal liability reasons since everyone knows what
a vaccine is, but not everyone knows what gene therapy is. If this were
something as banal as purchasing a new car, this verbal shift would be
enough for the buyers to sue the dealer since the change in phraseology
implies an intent and therefore a motive. All of this is troubling
enough but this paper intends to put forth extra evidence of intentional
misleading—in this instance in a way that Rockefeller would approve
of—by getting rid of alternatives before you push the
solution
.
After around 7 years of study on the question of why people do not heal, (around 2012-2013) the author of this paper was guided by God to go to a certain store which was in the process of becoming an alternative healing store. At the time, this information was not known to the author, and the desire to stop at this store was not especially high at the time. When he finally did stop and learned about what it was in the process of doing, the feeling was that the calling was correct. In order for people to be given a chance to heal, they have to have some options. Otherwise, if there is no choice other than the standard paths, then one can only choose those things which have been approved ahead of time by those with perhaps less than benign motives.
A big emphasis at the store became the spiritual dimension of
physical problems. Naturally, if the goal is healing, then one has to
balance the idea of a store with charity in a careful way such that one
can continue to have a store and also be able to help those in need of
healing items that they might not be able to afford. The store took off,
initially, and the idea that herbs might be helpful for certain problems
was widely held. Officially, the store never sold herbs for any given
physical problem since you cannot. Unofficially, though, people were
buying them for whatever they had in mind. This, of course, is the
definition of having a choice. Eventually, the store was purchased by
the author along with a significant other who had a recent inheritance
from their mother who had passed as the previous owners decided they
wanted to do something else. Other alternative healing modalities were
offered that matched the expertise of the owners, with the occasional
person who seemed to fit the definition appropriately such that they fit
into the paradigm of alternative health
. The store was successful
and well-established by about three years before something definitive
happened that was to augur a systematic interference that had and has a
deep root.
Many people came into the store with various beliefs. At first, before the author and the significant other purchased the business, the store carried an assortment of books and supplies that a standard metaphysical store catalog would carry. Everything from Sunday Church-going folks to Wiccan covens came in. Since the focus was on healing, no one was discriminated against. This, of course, meant that sometimes people came in with less than good intentions and either wanted to report your store to the local Priest on suspicion of being an evil sorcerer, or else evil sorcerers came in who wanted to accuse the store of being in league with the Churches and therefore anathema. Every business has meddlesome sorts and one might not be surprised to learn that a metaphysical store has a very specific kind of person or persons who try to cause trouble. One learns to take it in stride, and not become to stressed about such encounters, and to focus instead on the mission of the store which was to offer people a different path toward healing.
After the purchase of the store, however, a culling of the kinds of things sold occurred. Gone were the supplies that many might defined as more pagan, and more were the supplies that concerned herbs and incense and other healing kinds of items. The reason this change happened was that the owners had a conversion experience whereby the Holy Spirit made it clear that it wanted specific items in the store which meant certain other items were to be removed. Thousands of dollars of merchandise were dutifully and happily pitched in the trashcan. After all, nothing is going to offer better healing than the Holy Spirit, and if it is giving you direction, well then, what more could you want?
Oddly, this change did not make the local Church folks any happier.
They still stuck to the evil sorcerer
routine, despite clear and
drastic change. A few, of course, seemed to understand that something
significant happened and so were more intrigued. The evil sorcerer
folks, however, still came in, and it turned out that they also were not
happy with the change. This was mostly because the items which were more
pagan were no longer there, even though they never really bought those
things before anyway, and so they felt like the store had betrayed their
evil sorcerer club—which incidentally was all ready feeling that way
before the store transformation.
In between these extremes were many genuine people, however, who liked the change and the option being offered. More than a few embarked on a healing journey that had immensely positive results. Some became cancer free. Some were out of pain for the first time in years of their lives. Some were able to let go of a lot of baggage that a therapist had been unable to unburden. These were the reasons for the store.
The store never had trouble paying its monthly tax bill to the state, until four years in or so (around 2016), the tax people in the state sent out a letter saying they had not received the previous month’s taxes and they needed to be called to straighten things out and that there were penalties for not paying taxes and so on. This was puzzling, since the last month’s tax had been sent out like every other. When the call was made to talk to someone about it, the caller was placed on hold and when it finally connected through to someone, the call was transferred. This went out for about three hours before the owner decided registered mail was going to be the way to go.
After an exchange of mail, the assertion from the tax folks was that the previous month’s taxes were missing. Eventually, however, this was cleared up, and it was found to be some computer glitch in the system. The matter was settled although annoying, and was weirdly time-consuming.
Things went on as normal for awhile longer, before a flurry of other tax notices began appearing. Eventually, the state tax people would not respond to registered mail, or if they did, the only thing that would appear would be a form letter which would say that the month which was cleared up before was missing, and then eventually they started saying they had not received other monthly taxes either. In each situation, of course, late penalties were present and whatever correspondence they sent that proved otherwise began to be ignored. It was clear something was terribly wrong, although at this point, the owners were still prepared to believe that it was an accident or fluke.
Some more unusual people had been coming in the store. One fellow
said he just moved from Washington, D.C. Since this was not a nearby
place, it was odd. He came in with a child in a stroller, and started
talking to the baby about a dangerous game
the baby was playing
in an overly loud manner. Likewise, many people from the PRIDE movement
began to filter through the doors. In a few instances, some of them
asked for advice about their kids who were apparently lying to them
often and mentioned they were hoping to become one of the first gay
marriages. Still, another person came in and invited the store to
participate in a PRIDE event which was refused since the store never did
any events other than what the downtown did yearly. There was also the
instance of a lady who came in to buy some essential oils from Israel
who mentioned that she once knew the old sheriff of the town, and he was
not too happy with the owner of the store with regard to hearing some of
the things the store owners had allegedly said. A kind of submerged
rumor mill had begun with uncommon people filtering through the doors of
the store and whisperings at approximately the same time the tax problem
became manifest. This was mostly after the Holy Spirit had made
some firm recommendations about changes the store needed to undergo in
order to be able to fulfill its healing mission.
Around the same time as this, there was a local news site called Topix which was a national place for local communities to gossip about issues, or topics, of concern. The owners were notified of several threads there that accused them of being witches or Satanists. The person making the claim, was, in fact, a witch, so it was odd to see such a claim from the source, but consistent with the character of the person since it was widely known they had a penchant for lying. What became more troubling, however, was that regular customers who had been coming to the store began to drop off. When one of of them canceled their appointment on the phone for a service, they had indicated that some of the stuff being said on Topix was part of the reason they were canceling their appointment. Despite the fact our store had changed by direction of the Holy Spirit, the church folks believed a self-professed witch more than the evidence of their own eyes. At this point, the notion that all these events were flukes or accidents was quickly fading.
While the store had been foremost a place of healing, a secondary
message that was made clear to us and was partially also the reason for
its founding was that people in general needed to return to a more
simple time of living and that a time of trouble was coming, and
probably it would show up first as a medical emergency. This was again,
around 2012 or 2013. Therefore, the feeling was that the spirit had
guided the author and the significant other to offer an alternative path
for that approaching period. With all of the interference and ill will
starting to kick up in 2016, another fact had become glaringly
obvious—many of the people coming in had spiritual problems that were
not going to heal without a church. This was peculiar because there were
many churches in town, but there was a definite crack that many were
sliding through who did not feel any kinship to those places and who
liked the alternative healing models we were embodying that the churches
had eschewed in favor of doctors and prescription drugs. The idea to
form a church made more sense anyway, as we were working more frequently
on the non-profit side of the matter than we were the for profit side.
We made enough to keep the store open, and it did well from the
perspective of business, but the hours that were being put into it often
equated to two or three dollars per work hour spent. This was because
not everyone who came in could afford to purchase something and many who
could did not necessarily buy anything. The mission then, was
incidentally profit, and not the main calling. That definition fit a
church more than a store. The original idea was to use the store
initially as a place to meet for the church and to see what developed
from that point. It was more of a feeler
to gauge whether or not
the people who said they wanted a church actually did. We intended to
keep the store open, and offer the church so that if the stated desires
were true people would eventually have a place to come and gather in
fellowship and find a spiritual identity toward further healing. Before
this took place, however, the store itself was attacked and smeared
across social media.
As the paperwork for the church was being completed, we had a small group that met at the store to begin observing some of the holidays we intended to start recognizing in the church. The first attack came on a holiday we were observing this way, and so did the second. The attack was leveled on Facebook (now Meta) which concerned allegations that were lies about things we had supposedly said or believed. This content was blasted across multiple groups online with the main charge being that we were anti-LGBT, which was a clear allusion to the Pride movement groups that had been coming in with higher frequency around the time of all the other unusual happenings. We reached out to the person who made these allegations and invited them in the store to discuss them. We knew who it was, as they were part of the Pride group who had come in before asking about their adopted children and aspired to be the first gay marriage performed in the town and state in which we lived. The person refused to come into the store, and would not appreciate the fact that their actions carried liability in the form of libel and slander. We therefore asked Facebook moderation to step in, and Facebook informed us that there was nothing they could do. After some time elapsed another such attack occurred, and physical threats were made which intimated that LGBT people or supporters might be interested in burning down the store. It was at this point that we began involving law enforcement such as the FBI. The FBI advised us if there were not actual attempts yet on our physical persons, there was nothing they could do. One should remember, for clarity, in late 2017 the debate about hate-speech was all ready being conducted and Facebook was putting into place policies by then for that conduct. However, such rules apparently did not apply in our situation. Likewise, laws existed for speech of a threatening nature about or to homosexual people, but those laws also, according to a representative of the FBI, did not apply to religious people—especially it seemed—if made by homosexual people.
We did not stop in reaching out to multiple law enforcement agencies
and advocacy groups at a state and federal level. We even sent a report
all the way to Mike Pence but heard nothing back by way of reply. The
only reply we received from the governor’s office of the state we were
in suggested we might
have a lawsuit, but by this point we were
well past the idea of a lawsuit as we were directly under attack and
members of our church were being stalked and a general harassing
demeanor had been adopted by certain people in the Pride movement toward
us. We even wrote GLADD which is the Gay and Lesbian advocacy group
hoping that they would understand the seriousness with which those who
were aligned with their stated goals were about cause. The same was true
for the Southern Poverty Law Center, the ADL, and a host of
organizations that say they defend free speech and are against
discrimination. None of them did anything, or suggested a course of
action to pursue. Usually they remained silent. The only actual
proactive movement we saw was after a synagogue shooting. The local
police were more interested in listening then and asked if we wanted to
press charges against the person who had made all the accusations on
social media. As that person was part of a network, we said it would not
fix anything to do so. We had made suggestions, however, which are
outside the scope of this information, for how to deal with the problem.
While no one took action on our behalf for these and as a consequence we
lost our home, our business, and a large portion of our church, the
state where it happened did eventually take one of those suggestions for
another specific group—just without reference or regard to our problems
after we were forced to leave the state. We were, however, able
to get the church paperwork in were able to still have the store and
church awhile before that happened. We made it until around the
beginning of 2019.
We know in hindsight, as a national story, that conservatives were
being targeted by the IRS17 and that the US Postal
Inspection Bureau 18 was/is being used as a surveillance
arm. We know also that by 2017 there was a coordinated attack on
Republicans on multiple fronts who were religious which birthed the term
cancel culture
. 19 We know also that there was an
agenda during this time to pass gay marriage, which is typically against
what most churches stand for. 20 We know that members
of the Gay and Lesbian groups had begun to go into stores to try to
set up
conservatives. 21 We know also that a
prolonged attack was being leveled on churches in general. 22 What made our store different,
however, as well as our church, is that we did not identify as being
conservative OR liberal. The only thing we had to do, it seems, was not
agree to sell merchandise at a PRIDE event, and while there was
indication that some problems were cropping up before that point, there
most certainly were systematic issues after that refusal. As
the writer had been called to that store originally by God for the
purposes of healing, the final answer to the question concerning healing
was evident. People do not heal because they choose their own will over
the Will of God and try to kill or disenfranchise anything else that
might lead to healing. There are neither psych meds nor physicians that
can cure that specific illness, unless they happen to be wearing halos
and have a mighty mandate from the One who can provide it. This cancer
is woven throughout our societal institutions, and in 2025 we have
gotten a good look at it. Most damning, however, is that 2019 was the
year just before the COVID crisis was to begin. Taken from this
perspective, it becomes obvious what the intention of all the above was
designed to do. It was designed to take an alternative choice away from
everyone for healing so they had to listen to doctors who were,
it seems, highly misinformed if not complicit with lies about the nature
of the COVID vaccine.
It seems likely that this virus was
released in a coordinated way as a retaliation and an effort to change
people’s DNA to get the population under control
. It is, after
all, the historical playbook that we can see was implemented with the
Rockefellers—not the DNA changing part but the misrepresentation of what
a vaccine is or does along with an elimination of any alternatives. The
framework for reliance on the medical system was also ushered in by the
implementation of Obamacare which, by nature of being insurance,
approves some treatments and not others. Finally, in the case outlined
here, we see that all this was directly against the Will of God for
people to be able to heal those diseases and afflictions which might not
respond to conventional medical treatment. Simply put, man decided,
through sexual appetite and a kind of hatred towards church in general,
to reject healing in favor of genocide on the mass population as an
effort, likely, to control the next election cycle since the last one
had an unexpected outcome. The side that was less religious was clearly
trying to garner a win.
We also know that though the town in which this happened had multiple
churches, many people did not feel an authentic spiritual experience in
these places. That these institutions are the white tombs
of
which Messiah and Paul spoke of is obvious as when we wrote to the
churches in the town asking for solidarity in opposing what was
happening to us, none of them answered the call. One of them through an
unofficial channel asked what we needed
as though they had never
read the Bible concerning the kinds of attacks the adversary might throw
at fellow believers and what was supposed to be done if that happened.
The people in churches, then, also do not heal because they are not
necessarilly following God or the provided instruction manual. This
makes them sheep ripe for medical slaughter. Why? Because the
industrialized world is full of things that do not naturally occur on
the Earth and when a human body is exposed to such things, it responds
the way it was designed to—with sickness. The answer then, is not likely
to be found solely in going into an industrialized medical field that no
longer believes in God as a whole. The medical field is a business first
now, and helps people who can afford the help. Everyone else is, well, a
potential loss monetarily. Judas, of course, understands that
bookeeping.
The person who was trying to be the gay marriage poster child did
finally get married as desired and then their partner wanted to
transition
. The same person, in public, declared herself to be a
Satanic witch, and advised people generally to kill their children
through abortion—which is odd considering all of her children were
adopted and would not have been if that advice had been followed. The
idea of transitioning, of course, implies that God made some mistake in
one’s gender identity—which is the same as saying one made some genetic
mistake. These people who were the most vocal concerning our store all
seemed to also be the most likely to try to do something radical to
their own bodies. While that is their perogative, they were sent in to
our store to remove an alternative so that EVERYONE
would be required to possibly change their own DNA into something else
other than what it naturally was or would be. This was done through
guise and deceit and the wording of the COVID shots being
vaccines
was disingenious as has been shown. Instead, it was an
effort to hijack the genetic code to make the world trans
in some
specific way. Of course, this is not meant in the sense of simply
gender, but rather having some alteration of the genetic code which was
devised and implemented by human hands for non-benign reasons. Perhaps
it was a test for whether people would take the mark of the Beast, or
maybe it hopes or aspires to be that in some other manner later on.
Either way, there was collusion by these people and governmental
fallacities and institutions to subtract other viable choices. All of
them, incidentally, seemed to come into mysterious financial windfalls
afterwards. This is not something that was done simply against
the church and the store as a personal matter. It was done against all
humanity.
Hopefully, the case is clear cut for why a class action lawsuit is the best way to deal with what was perpertated as a grand biological crime. If not, allow an indulgence for why it is without question. If a single person files a suit against any of the things outlined here, and the powers behind what happened catch wind of it, it would be trivial for them to remove that person and count it as another casaulity. When you are responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands, adding another to your tab is considered trivial. On the other hand, if an entire class files a lawsuit on the basis that truth was withheld and alternative health places and spiritual centers, like the store and church scenarios outlined above, were removed from the public as potential solutions, that is not going to be something easily stopped, and the damages financially are enough to put many of those responsible permanently out of business. The fact that several countries did no lockdowns at all and the consequences to those places is comparable if not mostly better than those that did 23 is damning enough as evidence alone. As the article notes, once places came out of lock down, it seemed that not everything could recover as it was previous to it. This of course, makes economic sense if someone or something was trying to fundamentally change human DNA and the economies of the world. What is evident is that the behavior 24 as well as the DNA of those who were vaccinated is changed. Indeed, the whole world changed.
What is required for a class action?
…proof needs to be shown for the following for a judge to certify the class:
The representative plaintiff’s alleged injuries are the same as the rest of the proposed class (
commonalityof the claims).
The judge must determine whether the named plaintiff clearly defined the proposed class so that the court can identify potential class members.
The injuries of all the potential class members resulted from a common set of facts and legal theories. In addition, the members’ claims are similar enough to the class representative’s claims that their absence from the trial will not present a problem.
There are enough class members that it would be impractical for them to each file separate lawsuits.
A class action is the most efficient way to resolve the claims.
The judge will certify the class if they agree with the representative plaintiff’s arguments for certification. The court will issue an order certifying the class, which identifies the following:
The class
The class’s claims
The issues in the case
The class’s defenses (if any)
The court will also appoint the class’s counsel. 25
It appears that the class and the damages and the similarity are easy enough to identify. The people of the world were all damaged by these lies and fabrications. An opportunity from God was manipulated and removed. The fact that people could not go to churches during the pandemic was another such manuever to try to shut down another perspective toward disease and how to best address it. The damages are quite high. The only question remaining is, now that you have read and know about it, what do people want to do concerning these crimes? A class action, it seems, is the bare minimum starting place.
